Refund and Cancellation Policy

Reservations made more than 30 days from arrival date require a deposit of 50% to book a cabin or RV site. The remaining 50% balance, plus taxes and fees is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Reservations made less 30 days from arrival date, must pay in full to reserve a cabin or RV site.

​

Reservation cancellations require 2 weeks (14 days) notice prior to your scheduled arrival date.

​

Holiday reservations are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE

We have a ZERO CANCELLATION POLICY for:

• Memorial Day weekend (May 26 – May 28, 2024)

• 4th of July (July 3 – 5, 2024)

• Labor Day weekend (August 30 – September 3, 2024)

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your reservation outside of the 2 weeks (14 days),

• Your reservation total is under $250 you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee PER RESERVATION

• Your reservation total is over $250, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee PER RESERVATION,

The rest will be refunded back to the original method of payment.

 

If you cancel your reservation within 2 weeks (14 days) of your arrival date your credit card will be charged the remaining balance due on the reservation.

Early Departure

We do not give refunds or credit for leaving earlier than your check out date, this includes guest fees. Guests who shorten their stay are still liable for the nights they reserved.

Weather, Illness, Extenuating Circumstances

There are no refunds for bad weather, bad weather forecasts, bad river and lake conditions, or discomforts of nature before or during your reservation. There are no refunds for emergencies, illness, natural disasters, fire, epidemic, pandemic, federal, state, or local quarantine, civil commotion, changes in laws or regulations, evacuation orders, or other acts of government agencies without proper notice, 2 weeks (14 days).  There are no refunds or credits if you or someone in your party is vacated for disturbance, disorderly conduct or violating any rules set by Lake Dunlap Vacation Rentals.

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date, you must notify our office as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you, your site will be released for rental at noon (12:00 PM) the day after the scheduled arrival.

​

Guest fees will not be refunded under any circumstance.

 

No Call, No Show guests could be barred from booking this property and affiliate properties indefinitely.

​

“Refund” may include costs for renting cabins, spaces, Camping and RV sites, guest fees, activity fees, any extra fees or cost associated with your reservation.

​

Some of our cabins are booked through Evolve, a third-party management company.

Those reservations will adhere to Evolve’s policy as stated on their website.
