Summertime Boat Ramp Pass

Summertime Boat Ramp Pass is intended for two "Primary Guests" 18+ years of age residing in the same household and 1 boat or 2 jet skis will be the designated watercraft. 

Use is for the designated watercraft(s), at least one Primary Guest and parking for the designated watercraft trailer and the vehicle pulling it. Additional vehicles may be charged for parking. This pass does not include use of the lake front, BBQ pits, fishing docks or other facilities on the property. The Boat Ramp is open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM minimum. These hours may be extended upon request or based on the capacity of overnight guests on property. Occasionally the entire property may be closed for a private event or maintenance. We will contact all pass holders in advance to notify you of closures. 

Guaranteed entry and parking on the following dates requires at least 7 days notice:

• March 7 - 23 * Spring Break
• May 23 - 27 * Memorial Day Weekend
• July 3 - 7 * Fourth of July Weekend
• August 29 - September 2 * Labor Day Weekend

A Primary Guest must be present at all times.

 

Summertime Boat Ramp Pass is valid from May 15, 2025 - September 15, 2025.

 

Lake Dunlap Vacation Rentals reserves the right to close any section of the property including the boat ramp and lake front for weather or safety concerns of any kind, private use, maintenance or repair at any time.

Lake Dunlap Vacation Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The rights of use at 1696 Tx-46 New Braunfels, TX 78130 for any person on this package can be terminated or suspended at any time by Lake Dunlap Vacation Rentals Owner or Manager, at their discretion without refund, for abusive, vulgar, disorderly, destructive, disruptive or inappropriate conduct, behavior or language; multiple warnings or violations of littering, loitering outside of designated hours, destruction of property or violation of rules. We have a zero tolerance policy for disrespect of people, animals or property. All sales are final.
